It is now 17 years after the Agile Manifesto was created. Agile is changing the world. As the rate of change is exponential and complexity is rapidly increasing, Agile has been proven immensely successful in handling this increased complexity. Still, the first Agile value is often forgotten and there is still an over-optimistic belief that processes, tools, and simplistic or highly rigid frameworks will be successful moving forward.
At Agile People we believe that exploring ways of collaboration and interactions between people with different perspectives is the best way to address complexity. This is why we have chosen the theme for this year’s conference. As always we aim to join an as diverse set of participants and speakers as possible. People from IT, Management, HR and other professions and people with different backgrounds from different parts of the world.
